Dr. Frances Cress Welsing would often use the Chess analogy when describing the System of Racism White Supremacy, I think this in an excellent way to think about it. You want to predict what your opponent will do and say. For instance when I was younger and just began driving, I would ask my mother or father to use their vehicles, this was not a popular idea with either of them, so they were my opponents because they were more likely to say no than they were to say yes. So because of this, it took some thinking and planning on my part, when would I ask, what excuses would they give, I had to be ready to counter what they said, I eventually got very good at laying out my argument and I would refine my process based on previous experiences. For instance if last week I asked, and then the reason I could not use the car was because my room wasn’t cleaned or my grades were slipping, I would make sure the next time I asked, I had those bases covered. The System of Racism White Supremacy functions in a similar manner constantly refining and changing, to keep the victims of Racism confused and off balance. This brings me to the other point I wish to make. Mr. Fuller puts emphasis on the importance of words and definitions. There are some black people, Victims of Racism talking about “Reparations” VGQ, I started thinking about what does that word mean, meaning, I came up with a definition of that word in the context of black people. The word means at the root, repair, repair who? Repair black people, but then I asked myself, how do you repair black people in a System of Racism White Supremacy? Then the Logic kicked in, like Mr. Fuller says, problems are solved through the process of questions and answers. I immediately said that it is not possible, in other words it’s not logical. The only way to repair black people would be to end White Supremacy. I think black people are using the wrong word to describe what they want. What we could ask for is not “Reparations” but Compensatory Compensation, key word being Compensatory a word Mr. Fuller uses a lot, as a matter fact if you have and have read his books the word comes up almost every page, Compensatory, it’s in the title of the book “a Compensatory Counter Racist Code.” It means making up for what is missing. So you ask for Compensatory Compensation period, you do not ask for Compensatory Compensation for “Slavery” again that’s moving into that illogical lane, the White Supremacists are very smart, even they know that “Slavery” has not ended, so it would be illogical on the parts of Racists to pay black people for something that never ended to begin with. So you ask for Compensatory Compensation, the White Supremacists may ask why, although they already know why, they will do this to gauge our confusion and if we know why, and you will say not because I was a Slave, the White Supremacist will laugh if you say that, they will say to themselves you still a Slave, you say because I am classified as black in a System of Racism White Supremacy and say nothing else, nothing more needs to be said, no explaining. Now do I think the Racists will give this to us? NO, I do not, they enjoy the begging too much, but we do have a better chance at this, than using terms that do not equate to logic.

My suggestion is to always ask for Compensatory Compensation anyway, the best time to do this is when you have secured a job offer, use a lot of Black Self Respect and value yourself, sit up straight, project your voice, look the Racist in the eyes and ask for the maximum compensation that you can get based on the job, if the salary range is $95k to 115k you ask for $117k with a sign on bonus, stock options a extra week off, don’t tell them it’s because you are classified as black, tell them it’s because of the value you bring to the organization, this is a Counter Racist Chess move.
