I had a Hispanic teacher in elementary school who simply couldn't hide his hate for Black ADOS…He would always look for a reason to punish the Black students while uplifting the hispanic ones and giving them a pass…That was my first experience of racism as a child.

Great video. This is why we as black people need to focus more on learning about the environment we live in so we stop getting bamboozled and tricked like this. This is ultimately what happens to us as a collective when we don't stay informed on what's going on. Basically most of what we are facing in the modern era is due to us not knowing what's happening to us and not seeing the tricks and traps laid out before us.The solution is much more complicated than black men just need to "man up".
Dr. Anderson is one of the founders of ADOS before it was ADOS!! Meaning his work and understanding that economically blacks were in last place. He has always said American Black people are an extraordinary people with unique circumstances! His thought process was as close to ADOS as you can get! Powernomics has always been about making black people whole through reparations! So he is a natural fit to ADOS!! Excellent combination and video!

Yes, this is all true. That's why I tutored Blk kids for pay and for free because, during the 80s, I saw what was happening. There were many ADOS male Doctors, Accountants, Architects, Teachers, Engineers, Contruction workers, Shoemakers, Barbers, Plumbers, Carpenters, Restaurant owners, etc. These were the men I grew up under, but their numbers were diminishing before my eyes. Then, Blk boys were dropping out of High School at an alarming rate due to the neglect of many non Blk Teachers, and more women working with minimal extended relatives who cared and encouraged our boys especially. Now we are HERE. Eventually, so many young Blk males wanted to be Rappers instead, that the imbalance of what was needed vs what was dumbing us down became the norm. Can we turn this around or not ? Please take into account that NONE of these Black men were described as toxic..on the contrary..they were responsible, strong, nuturing, and instilled confidence in their kids. I am a witness of it all.
