An apology will not stop mistreatment. I can smack you and apologize and do it again. Reparations is just compensation for our mistreatment on all 9 areas. Reparations comes in many forms including money. Money is a form of capital which is a needed tool to get thing done in a capitalistic society. Reparations is nothing more than compensation in the form of tangibles.

If you talk about actually demanding tangible resources like land and nationhood to make our own money; they won't be as enthused as they will be for some money like that will fix anything
