They Came Before Columbus by Dr. Ivan Van Sertima was published in 1976. The lecture (link below) reveals important information that was not published in the 1976 publication. One of the Olmec heads has cornrows which is a distinct African hairstyle that is conducive to wooly hair. Not straight or wavy hair. This picture that Young features in his lecture was kept hidden for FIFTY YEARS @ 37:35 of his lecture.
