How would one know how to move up the latter
If the crown chakra isn't opened then the pineal can't be opened so start from the top. Thats the only way to balance the chakras. We are spiritual beings having a hueman experience so we start from the top. All others start from the bottom because they lack wisdom or have no other choice plus it would be fruitless anyway since the pineal gland is calcified in bottom feeders. Closed and calcified is two different things. The former group stands a chance but its hopeless for the latter group and that's why all they have to rely on is brute force & manipulation which comes from the root chakra.

Those three lower chakras are none other than the three sephirot at the bottom of the tree of life in Kabbalah. Those three lower sephirot coming out of Malcuth is the hell realm… most of the world is stuck there.
