That wasn't the first time they found the bones of black people in NYC!!! Late 80's, they found a Muur's burial ground somewhere in Manhattan. I remember this as if it happend yesterday because I had just moved down south, and was bored to death!!! So I was watching the evening news when they were talking about finding bones in NYC when some construction company was breaking ground for a new building. They thought it was a mafia crime scene at first until they started finding jewelry and pottery buried with numerous skeletal remains. I haven't heard nothing else about that through the years!!! I geuss it had something to do with how old the bones were after scientists tested them. They found that those bones where just as old or older than the oldest Native American bones found in this country!!! I remember the news anchor stated that if their findings were true then American history has just been changed, especially when it comes to how and when Africans made it to America. But we all know how a certain group of people like to hide our true history!!!

Chambers Street is named for attorney John Chambers (1710–1764), an important parishioner at Trinity Church in Manhattan, where he was vestryman (1726–1757) and warden (1757–1765) of the church for 38 years, son of William Chambers, and husband of Anne Van Cortlandt.[ Chambers's nephew was John Jay. John Murray, Chambers' law partner, has nearby Murray Street named after him.
Bond derives from the old english word bind and did not stem from slavery. A debtaor is binded to the person until that debt is paid.
I was wanting to look into the senagal village claim but seeing how his other version of history is flawed i doubt the extent of the merit. Senca village did indeed have many black settlers who were cleared out of the way due to wealthy Manhattan residents who demanded a park.
