I have found that since I retired and can control my contact with whites and infected blacks my overall health has improved. These people don't have to say or do anything. Just being around them is detrimental to your health and we'll being.
But Africa is the wealthiest Continent on the Planet,why are they poor?…please!!
Very informative. And, I completely understand the cultural shock that many Brothers and Sisters, from the continent of Africa experience, when coming to America. I watched my Nigerian husband, in the 1970s, move through this cultural shock. He was insulted, to his face by, white students and, he was unaware of the insult until later.; as he did not understand the meaning of the insult until explained.
I too reframe from criticizing our Brothers and Sisters who are still healing and still awakening or are still asleep or, acting our of some sort of pain. There but for the grace of GOD…go I!
I also agree that America's chickens are coming home to roost!
It's very possible that "racial battle fatigue" is actually depression, due to the fact that the greatest form of social pressure is racism and its agendas, dictates, mandates, and etc., in every area of people-activity: Economics, Education, Entertainment; Labor; Law; Politics; Religion; Sex and War.
I love the “white out” concept. Unfortunately, as gentrification takes place in the inner cities, getting away from white peoples has become more difficult! I love in Harlem and they are everywhere. I took a pic of a kiosk on 126th and there was more magazines with white faces (10) than Black (2)!
Knowledge of self and law is powerful and when you don't know your rights then fear takes over and it's all downhill from there
It has come to my mind completely. It's not US that have to seperate unto ourselves into our own communities (we had that once and white folk destroyed it). The Frequency is telling us we have get rid of those folk, for no other reason than they're trying to get rid of us with out pause.
Africans on the continent are just as infected as we are, I would dare to say more. I've had encounters with those from the continent at confrences, who would avoid contact with me as if I had disease and embrace a white person as if they were the cure.
I hope they haven't ever met a negro because that's a created creature, but I also have come to the relization the so called African from the continent is just as artificial….colonialism left no continent untouched and no stone unturned.

Free will still exists, you have choices, you can build your own communities away from the so-called racist societies, make your choice, take it or leave it or fight back in a constructive manner. The choice is yours!
