It feels so good to hear my African brothers and sisters share their spiritual feelings like this. I know how it feels to be confused because you know there is something wrong with what your parents and peers are exposing you to. I heard a saying, "if your not confused then you don't know". As a child around the age of 4-5, I remember being in church and starring at the door wishing I could leave having the most uncomfortable, unbearable feeling while are people worshipped that white guy. ( big picture of him hanging on the pulpit. ) all the while that song from Sesame Street playing in my head. "One of these things does not belong here, one of these things is not the same". I was only 4-5 years old! Deep! I just worry and will do my best to keep the nonsense/pollution away from my son. Lets keep the knowledge moving. Love ya'll

I agree with most of his statements about GOD being in all of us and not allowing obstacles to block our connection but at the same time I'm cautious some people the sudden responsibility of spiritual self reliance. Everyone's inner strength levels are different to be able to deal with life on their own. I realize that some people will need religion in order to deal with life's uncertainties and hardships. If a false religion is working for them in their lives then I will not take away their life jacket because I know how to swim.. No. There will be some who will learn to swim on there own and there will be others whom will always need a life jacket when entering the seas of life. The point is to make sure no one drowns in despair.

BTW….what have you heard to prove what he saying isn't true? Even if it is a lie about the Romans, Greeks, etc; he's talking about seeking God in YOURSELF! Why do I need to seek anything from my oppresses who still tell lies, are deceitful and everything else. I'd believe this versus a MF that is asking for money every week and I go home with no more knowing that when I got there.

Did he ask you for anything other than time to research and find the facts? He gives you knowledge to research for yourself. Do It!!!!! Hagins brings so much to the world. I have been free for some time now, and it feels so good. To be outside and freed from the Mental birdcage and shackles of religion is what it means to fly and to be your true self…to break out of that box prefigured wasteland and seek in stillness (not emoting and waving our hands with voices toward the ceiling of some building-thats emotions not spirit) and love, well…I'd have it no other way!
