@ Umar, here's my 2 cents… I like ya style and the knowledge you share bro. I've met you in person a few times in Texas. You dated a friend of mine but i don't know if you remember me. However, I must admit I've never donated to this school project because even though your very knowledgeable… I've just never really been convinced regarding who you say you are. My personal opinion I've always thought it would have been smarter to start small to draw less government attention but who am I? I got 2 problems with your explanation that makes me further distrust you. 1) You hired a white attorney to close? 2) With such a big project and peoples money on the line; why not have the proper African centered, financial gurus in place to help you dot your I's and cross your T's? Just like you got ppl to donate their money; I'm sure you could have found a volunteer black power attorney and any other staff required to avoid issues like this. I say take some accountability bro. You fucked up…I think ppl can swallow the bullshit a little better if you can admit when your wrong. I really hope your just incompetent and not out here taking advantage of our people. Anywho, I've lived in Ghana and heard about your involvement in the Asebu Village project. Please, don't take this incompetence to Africa…

Umar you continue to put your foot in your mouth… You talk about the city needing to come out and check the meters…. FOR WHAT??? Anybody can go online and view the bills for these properties… The city of Wilmington makes it TOO EASY. The property does not have water therefore when you check the monthly billing you see that the usage(THE METER) does not change from month to month. What they are charging you has nothing to do with usage because there is no usage therefore no reason to verify a meter… They charge sewage based on how much WATER you use so no meter for that. Secondly they are charging you a storm-water fee each month. The fee is determined by how much impervious(does not absorb water) surface the property has. If it's not absorbed into the soil or another pervious surface then its considered run off and goes into a storm drain. The city charges to manage and maintain that storm water system. Bruh there are people out here that do this shit for a living. QUIT SCAMMING THE PEOPLE YOU SAY YOU TRYING TO HELP!!!
People that love basketball can be seen playing, watching and teaching others the game of basketball. Umar wants to teach and “save” boys. In Ten years I’ve seen ZERO footage of him helping boys. A large school was not needed but of course he is moving without a clear team which makes this all unlikely.
