Have a corporation that needs more capital to pursue our goal of building capital through investing in real estate, but I am having difficulty finding investors, I have invested most of my money in the corporation but it is not enough to establish the base for generating more capital, investing in real estate and related businesses. Dr. Claude Anderson do you have any suggestions? I subscribe to collective economics as espouse in the Kwaanza principles. I await your recommendations.

How do you rent or lease a politician?
Dr. Anderson has delivered as strong message about the power of unity and wealth, however his message isnt a cure for the heart. Man's relationship with our Lord is expressed with unity, cooperation, trust . These are the attributes Mr. Anderson say you need to form a community. The God is the source for everything including the attributes mentioned. How can you build communities and wealth without a love for The God. Mr. Anderson message isnt dynamic enough to support Black people with the tools they need to cure their heart. Unity, trust, cooperation, are matters of the heart not economics. With a sense of urgency learn Mr. Andersons concepts and principles, and learn how to cure the diseases of the heart.
Black people have to learn to do what's best for US as a people, because what's best for us is best the individual. 46 percent of Jewish households in America make an annual average of 100K or MORE, and another 12 percent make 99K to 75K annually. Do you think they accumulated wealth by being selfish? No, they helped their fellow Jew get on. When Seinfeld launched, Jerry Seinfeld collaborated with Larry David (also a Jew) and hired a nearly all Jewish cast, they made a FORTUNE, everybody ate, and they reinvested that money back into the Jewish community. That's how you do group economics! My god, there's 40 million of us, could you imagine the power we would have if we circulated our money in our own community? Money is power, and more importantly, GROUP money is group power.

We need to wake up people
PARADIGM VOICE HAS SPOKEN.
Black people need to wake up to the simple fact that Group Success is achieved by GROUP ECONOMICS, meaning that most of black people's money MUST be kept in the black community.
This is by transferring your money into black owned banks, PATRONISE black owned business for most of your needs, seek out black owned professional services like doctors, stores etc…. then black people can eliminate the unemployment gap by providing jobs for their own community.
I just do not know when our people are going to realise that it is unintelligent to keep continuing to depend on the mainstream business establishment to provide them with job opportunities when the track record is a failure. This is the same over here in the UK.
We must stop being content with accepting the crumbs from the mainstream communities table when our people can set our OWN TABLE.The same tired path for dependency is not the way forward.
Every successful ethnic groups are successful for the simple reason being they all practice group economics. We are the only race that does not practice this.So this is no surprise we as a race fail in every category.
The only way to succeed is not by a few people but as a group, then they too must start practicing group economics, so jobs can be provided for more of our own.
Black people have always and still successfully continue to be consumers to other races all the time and the mainstream communities make serious profits every time whilst keeping it in their community.
Everyone has something in themselves that can possibly make them wealthy, but making money takes a valiant effort which people are not willing to take.
We need to stop disliking each other, come together as a race/community and support our own . Everyone else SUCCESSFULLY manages it.
We need to recognise the truth about who we are and make concerted efforts to change self destructive behavior.
All we need is a black messiah who will galanise people or an accident so fucked up (worse than trayvon) that black people will wake up and realize everybody is plotting against them
