I love her teachings concerning the "black woman". Many women feel it's belittling and weak to trust and allow the black man to be the leader in our homes and follow his instruction. We are the only race and women who are taught this unacceptable behavior. It actually takes a very strong black woman to humble herself and let our men do what they were born to do . I have always had a great respect and admiration for The Black Man and have received nothing short in return from them. I feel an obligation to uplift encourage and follow His Lead and defend His integrity.The first man to grace the earth the strongest both mentally and physically with all they have to deal with I couldn't imagine and they still provide and protect their families!!!!
That public assistance and welfare was the WORST thing to happen to Black women. Many thought that made you independent, but once your White Daddy get tired of providing and he keeps cutting your "benefits" what are you going to do Black woman?
She was dropping bombs on this show as usual. That part about the "interbreeding" is cold stone truth. Most Black people live and die in the same location they were born. You almost have to leave your home town to find a mate in another state. Too many females have children by the same man. The statistics show there are MORE single Black mothers than single Black fathers. They are screwing the SAME man!

Sister Ali's message is clear. We are completely responsible for the quality of relationships in the home. There are clearly defined do's and don'ts and if we dare cross certain behavioral, moral and social lines we do so at our own peril. The depth of knowledge that this sister dispenses makes her books not mere reading, Sister Ali's books are comprehensive practical guides purporting to put the black community in a position to compete with other groups.
ONCE AGAIN, SISTER ALI, BRINGING THAT WORK. SHE GETS THE JOB DONE.
Everything she says is the truth, especially concerning what black people are reading now. I recall working in a book store many years ago, and black women refused to read anything other than romance. Not to mention her words on Iyanla Vanzant, she's in the audience at one of the talk shows Sharhazad Ali was on.
I noticed that this channel had only three comments before me. I found that to be very telling. If this video was about dissing each other (BM BW) that would be 1000+ comments and all of them snipping at each other.
I'm old enough to have bought this book when it first came out. This book is as relevant now as it was back then. I believe that if both BM and BW could have done 1/3rd of what this sister had suggested twenty-plus years ago we may not be in the condition we are now.
