Correct Pharoah. You are the 1st to make the distinction. The certified school psychologist cert was never renewed in PA after he got his Masters. It had to be done after 3 years of his 1st cert 16 years ago. He never went back for it. He started and finished the doctoral program but never went back for the license. The court is going to fine him for misrepresentation and block him from getting licensed. His doctorate is a PsyD and not a PhD. He should have corrected Roland about that major detail.
I dont think you understand. He has a Doctoral Degree in clinical psychology but he doesn’t have a License to practice by the state of Pennsylvania. It’s the same has going to Law School and finishing: Earning a Juris Doctoral degeee in Law but they cannot practice Law unless they take the Bar Exam. Same thing with my profession I’m a Social Worker and I have a Masters Degree and I’m licensed in my State. I have An LCSW ( Licensed Clinical Social Worker). I hope you understand the destinction. Also I believe he changed his name, which is why people are unable to locate his documents.

Having a doctorate, and having license to practice in the field to which you obtained said doctorate are not the same thing.
