“WHAT I EAT IN A DAY” I thought it may be interesting for you to see what my typical day of eating looks like. As an entreprenuer my day is super busy but I make no excuses, exercise and nutrition always takes a front seat.
How do u combat hunger. Vegan or not, you are not eating. I would really like to know, bc it seems im ALWAYS hungry. Constant struggle or weakness. Pls advise. Thx.

I love that you mentioned the raw sunflower seeds were only $1. People always say it's expensive to eat healthy.
What about supplements? B12, Vitamin D? Brown skin does not make Vitamin D very efficiently.

wow that's it? no wonder you lost weight! I got to eat a lot less than now. it sucks because I'm hungry often which makes me dizzy, foggy and angry. sigh.
about meal 2: When you use whole flaxseeds (not grounded), your body doesnt absorb the omega 3's.
