This is such bullshit. ADHD has years and years of legitament research behind it and this guy doesn't seem to know what he is taking about. Ask and medical professional knowledgable about the subject, and no I'm not talking about any old psychology major, and they will tell you ADHD is a lack off blood flow to the frontal regions of the brain associated with focus and short term memory. Scans have been done and there are notable differences between the brains of children and adults with and without ADHD. Also just because the symptoms are ambiguous dose not alter the validly of the disorder. As with many other mental disorders, ocd, autism, ect, the symptoms are on a gradient. It would be borderline impossible to directly describe a persons unique symptoms involving ADHD. Yes everybody may have trouble focusing and yes everybody loses things, but there are people with ADHD who will forget multiple things including trivial things like tying theirs shoes or leaving with their groceries.
