I worked with Marcus Garvey Jr., on multiple occasions, growing up in NYC. He is one of the most credible, thoughtful, principled and committed minds I've ever known and I take whatever he says on any subject pertaining to Black people, very seriously. I don't think it's a false conclusion to state that his words reflect his parents' views and they carry tremendous weight.
