On page 125 of the Revised edition of The Compensatory Code (Chapter 3 Entertainment) it specifically says “When you hear or see a Non-White person laughing during the existence of White Supremacy (Racism), the one thing that you can be certain of, is that absolutely nothing is “funny”.
