"So, a racist client calls me a n****r at work and gets kicked out of my office, then he calls 911 and tells them I assaulted him with a stun gun. (spoiler: I didn't!) In the first few minutes, deputies learn that there was no crime, but they left me in handcuffs anyway - just because they could. I should not have invited law enforcement into my office, but rather spoken with them at the door more than an arms length away. I messed up big-time and lost some of my due process rights, specifically inviting deputies into my office allowed them to handcuff me legally." #BlackAtWork

They came in with prejudice against him. They had no evidence of a crime, only a complaint. Did they hand cuff the complainant during all this? Did they examine the complainant's body part for taser marks? So, when cops tase someone, are they accused of using deadly force? "We don't know you didn't use it" Exactly, they did not know he did use it either. Even if he displayed a stun gun in a threatening manner, it was for self defense. They should be charging the complainant for making a false report. I would really like to see the video of the altercation
Funny how when any one with a camera calls for service after being assaulted the pigs don't ever hand cuff the person accused of committing the crime. And of course they rarely do anything to the batterrer, but a legit business person gets cuffed. FTP!!!!
what a gentleman, how the owner kept his composure is beyond a superpower, police should not be harassing business owners and citizens and should be suspended without pay while the other party should be hit with making a false report
