Let’s face it, Black businesses have a horrible reputation when it comes to offering a great customer experience or customer service. Whether this stigma is justified or not, the fact remains that business should always strive to offer the best customer experience possible.

Sadly, many black businesses don't respect the black dollar and take it for granted. Conversely, they respect white dollars more and will bend over backwards for these customers. If it don't apply, it don't fly.
Funny how Star is half white but won't make 1 video talking crazy about white own business treating people with bad service. This agent got y'all fooled
No they don't. I go into the black restaurant and watch how the treat white people vs black. They're always so happy to see white folks then when we step up to the counter they have shitty attitudes
Most Black businesses Do Not respect our dollar. Barbers and hair ladies, to bbq spots or soul food and some dessert makers or handymen. But honestly I think businesses in general are more often turrible. Called an HVAC company Sunday morning because my AC was trippin. Called in am and lady on phone said a tech would call me back. Never did get a call back and I had to scramble to get somebody else to come out the next day and it was 100+ last couple days. This business was owned by a white man. It is just businesses in general especially ma and pop are just trash.

I can't lump all black business together. Some of my experiences have been good some have not. Just like when I've gone in white owned establishments.
