we only have one AFRICA
i have many unresolved issues of resentment with my own mother. but then i discovered recently that she was suffering through a life of trauma because of molestation as a child. the worst, most traumatic kind. so i was hating a child with ptsd who just so happened to be my mother. all my shortcomings and failures can be traced to this. i can't fix the trauma which happened to her, but i can gain acceptance by understanding her and her situation. hopefully healing can come through many many sessions of meditation, finding a spiritual solution to this physical and soul abuse. thanks dr umar
