An emotionally moving film that provides a platform to educate Americans regarding a massive and deadly historical event which has largely been overlooked in our history.

Ah-ma-wa Ya-sha-ah-la says:

Hey i love your videos has been watching your videos since u made a tips video for beginner actors. Have been few months of me learning but im in a big mess, i am South Asian and French. I have a brown skin but is so hard finding auditions for people like me, they dont even really look for south asians as much as others. And the way they would look for is stereotypically so i am wondering what can i do. Around 3% has only made it.

Great comment about the jet mistake and I clearly understand. I'll support you in your efforts anyway that I can. I'm a native of Black Wall Street and know first hand about the rebuilt prosperous Greenwood,Archer and Pine era. Good luck,Sincerely,Bill Boulware. This is great. Very talented brother. But the white boy? Not a fan of that aspect of the short film. Out of all the documentaries and literature pieces ive read on this, never came across a white man that helped any of those people. Im sure the characters may be made up or inspired, but i would like to know where the idea came from. Good luck and i look forward to your project. I have all the faith that u will get the funds for this to hit the big screen. I remember leaving out the theatre with my ex girlfriend in tears after watching birth of a nation. You have that same gold sitting in your hand with this one. Good luck !

Nubian919 says:

Great short movie but I never heard of any white man helping the Black citizens of Tulsa fight. Please share where you read this information. I have no problem donating to see this story told truthfully with actual facts only and no sugar coating.

Jamei P. says:

I was told Sarah Page got off the elevator screaming because she was startled about something. She never confessed to anything bad happening. In fact, Dick Rowland was never prosecuted and he moved out of town after he was released from jail.

Dean Dean says:

I hope they tell the real story!Next movie the true native American!

billboulware1 says:

There weren't jets in 1921. Change to 2 winged single engine planes that dropped kerosene bombs. Seems to be that producers of film maybe a little unfamiliar with the real Race Riot. I certainly hope not because its so important that the true hatred that existed against Afro-Americans be shown to the white people in America that killed men, women and children without mercy. This happened in Tulsa,Oklahoma,a Bible Belt city that claimed to be Christians. I haven't seen the movie but I really distrust the producers that mentioned jet planes in 1921. BRB.

JOHN B says:

"DRAMATICALLY POWERFUL SHORT MOVIE" this will be shared.

Kevin Weaver says:

This looks very well done. As a resident of Tulsa, I would LOVE to know where to see the whole movie.

I would correct one thing in this trailer's text at the very end: There were no military fighter jets used in Greenwood during the 1921 Tulsa Race Riot. There are reports, which may have been debunked by the latest state investigation, that said people were dropping dynamite out of WWI era planes into Greenwood, but this has not been officially established.

The first military fighter jets were not developed until April of 1941, some 20 years after the Tulsa Race Riot.
