Thank you Dr. Thomas, I was placed under all my peers in high school & first noticed a discrepancy when the majority of the student taking (AP) courses were white and whom were also in charge of the student body government. Furthermore, I never received a single scholarship to go to college and to my recollection nor did any other African-American student while a single Asian student amassed over $50,000 in scholarships and several other white students, several thousand… I was never given guidance and support such that my peers were given… Please comment for a dialogue!
