I am planning to initiate my own tutoring business. There is a need for educating black people in mathematics. Blacks in some cases are being marginalized by the mainstream society.
I will also have a"Investing in Africa" component to my business, as you see here in my native country of Somalia, land is cheap while rent will get you steady stream of income 500 dollars a month or more.. Real-Estate, Farmland, large land area to build AA expat community, etc…
I'm getting done with starting up my business, I help black people get businesses started. You see I moved back to my native land in a country located in Africa; I'm a supplier of Sesame Seeds & Oil, Avocado oil, all kinds of medicinal herbs, dried Tamarind, Animal Oils (Fish, Chicken, Camel, etc… ), all kinds of organic natural Ghees, Myrrh, Frankincense, etc… I think that natural foods & herbs is key to the health of the black community, for god-sakes canola oil is not edible and is the causes of many modern diseases, as is the highly estrogenic soybean oil; instead use Coconut Oil & various Ghees such as Cattle & Goat for baking & cooking while Sesame Seed Oil & Avocado Oil should be used cold like in salads. I am able to provide traditional african fabric like ankara & baati, etc… can provide animal skins for black owned tanneries, natural shoes made of antelope hide/skin, wooden figurines of just about anything, goats, lions, crocodiles, african deities, etc… i can make it custom. i provide traditional djembes & african lyres, traditional african guitars also. I have saved over 9 thousand dollars in 5 months! Opening a beauty supply store by 2018. I'm about to put these two other Korean owned ones out of business! hopefully my people shop with me though.

THERE IS NO BUSINESS YOU CAN MAKE THAT “THEY” CANNOT STEAL FROM YOU. WE CANNOT PROSPER IN THIS SYSTEM SO WE MUST TEAR THE SYSTEM DOWN. ONLY THEN CAN WE HAVE PROSPERING BUSINESSES. I get the point… I have been in business for over 27 years in California. Its sad… As far as the beauty industry is concerned The doors are closed to us as far as getting competitive prices or getting into the ownership of Beauty supply stores. (Some Nigerians got in but are not competitive) The Asian and Indian manufactures make sure that we cannot compete unless we have a partner of that ethnicity. (Rare if not impossible)! I don't care how much money you have to procure the business if the suppliers gate keepers won't let you in, tell me how does it work when as you've said in so many words "We don't have a black community" A black community is a community that hires it's own and especially their youth within their community, owns businesses,educates their youth, supports other black businesses in the community. Tell me how? I have been dealing with this all my business life! I could go on forever! Black unity is what made us flourish 1000's of years ago. What is the answer now when people are unaware of the negative subliminal programing? This is a five dimensional problem, needing more than a 2 dimensional solution.
This is about priorities…..whats most important to black folks…looking rich or being rich. When I read "The Millionaire Next Door" it describes what a millionaire looks like. It doesn't look like black folks. When I look at Dave Ramsey Millionaire Hour I haven't seen any black folks. There's a culture and mentality that's the problem in the black community.
IMO 98% of blacks are better served by selling their skills for pay (employee). Only 2% at best possess the motivation, discipline, patience (delayed gratification), professionalism, organization, efficiency etc. necessary for entrepreneurship or small business ownership.
