Dr. Anderson seems out of ideas. Blacks aren't implementing any of them on a large scale so he is talking just to hear himself talk. Negros will continue to sit under this white man until they get tired of you all and finally get rid of you. The smart ones would have left already.

We can't blame other ethnic groups for their economic and political success in the U.S. and the reason for their success is that they work together and don't practice tribalism. Other ethnic groups don't make a distinction between the ones who were born here in the U.S. and those of their own kind who were born in their homeland or somewhere else. It is sad to hear Dr. Claude Anderson practicing tribalism when he compared Afro Caribbeans and African Americans and to say that the situation of African Americans is unique is a disgrace. All of us of African descent were put in ships and were bought and sold and discriminated against no matter in what plantation we were distributed to. We are the only group that to this day still practicing tribalism and we say that we are united. If Dr. Claude Anderson thinks in terms of tribalism then I feel that there is no hope for unity among African people all over the world. I wasn't born in the U.S. but I am proud of my African roots and I make no distinction when it comes to our people no matter where they come from. It is sad that Dr. Claude Anderson sees it as different ethnic groups even though all of the African people around the world come from the same root. Those in the community who are not educated will accept Dr. Anderson tribal thinking and will look at an African or African descent person from oversees as somebody that are not part of their community. I never hear Jews say that their community in the U.S. should only be concerned with the Jews who were born in the U.S. and to ignore the Jews from other parts of the world. I never hear a Chinese or Japanese thinking on terms of geographical location when it comes to unity among their people and then we ask ourselves why other ethnic groups come here and conquer the American dream so quickly and we are still behind. It is simple but we can see not to understand it because we seem not to understand the word UNITY. It seems that unity is not in our DNA. Division and tribalism are our worst enemy not the WHITE MEN. We are the only ethnic group that even though we come from the same root that we have allowed to be divided by regions, languages, religions etc. We don't see each other as one group but different groups according to the language and geographical regions where we were born. The more we think we have changed the more we stay the same.
What can one Million Employed Blacks achieve by pledging $1.25 a week, to create capital to fund new businesses, etc. and other socioeconomic programs all across the US?
This is how we could solve our socioeconomic problem in the system of white supremacy racism: (READ BELOW)
What we need to create is a Black Financial Institution that redistributes 100% monies collected, to fund new Black businesses and other Socioeconomic Advancement projects; all across the US!
The only solution against white supremacy racism, is the invariable practice of True Black Group Economics:
One million Blacks for Economic Empowerment (2.5% of the current Black population)
First layer: one million employed blacks pledging $1.25 a week to create Capital to fund new and existing black businesses in every State. 20,000 employed blacks per State is all that's needed to begin.
Second layer: all funded black businesses donate $100 a week to generate more Capital to fund larger manufacturing companies, provide transport, create our own sport leagues, vocational schools, health centers, livestock, farms, whole food stores, bakeries, farmers markets, groceries, delis, even medical marijuana grow operation, credit unions, gas stations, import and export, etc. etc.
Third layer: politics, take total control of city (or State) government where we have the majority population.
