Black Vegan Entreprenuer Fredmon Henderson
After having back issues from a car accident, Fred began a journey to become stronger. He started weight training and looked into ways to gain muscle and strength. So He tried intermittent fasting, which built discipline in my eating and became a huge fan. Fred was on a schedule of only eating in an 8 hr window, fasting 16 hours in a 24 hr period of no food once a week. He was still eating a lot of junk, gaining muscle, but was feeling very heavy and lazy, where He quickly reached 230lbs with my height of 6'3. After research, Fred came across a fruit and vegetable detox and loved the feeling he received after completing it. Every month, he ate only fruits and veggies for 72 hours. Fred noticed his endurance increased on my cardio days and began to do more research on vegan diets. Watched all the documentaries such as: (Cowspiracy; SuperSize Me; Earthlings etc) and made a choice to completely give up all animal products. Along with better blood flow and stamina, his skin became noticeably clearer and his hair was healthier and full.
