People are way too hard on Halle for Monster's Ball. She played a broken down woman in pain who craved love and affection. How does that a whore make? artistically blacks should be allowed to express the good bad and ugly or else it's not art. It's like black people don't give black people enough credit. We can't watch a tv show without it being a defining factor of ALL black people. At one point do we rise above that notion? You filter what your children watch and that's it. Other than that, the adult mind should be mature enough to filter what their seeing as either entertainment, art, truth, or pure crap.
