Hmmm He's completely missed out The "Q" Source though and that's a pretty huge omission. Any lecture about the History of Christianity and The Bible needs the Q Source as Most of the Gospel Writings were taken from it.

Brother Ray Hagins I listen to some of your sermons and have a question in 2011 I prayed to the lord God. I was going through a lot of things in my life and no matter what I did it kept crumbling and the more I tried to get away from my past and tried to move forward no matter what it just never seem to end. And it kept coming and coming when I think I settled for a while from getting away I got myself in things that I couldn't get out of. Not saying some of the things that happened I did myself but when I was tired and broke down I put myself in a depression when to alcohol drugs sex taking advantage of abused torment in my mind I didn't know what was going on everything was fallen apart I cried out to the lord for help and he came in to my life showing me truth and light in his word receiving love forgiveness things I don't know signs and wonders just like the Bible says healing things I don't know how to subscribe. And you are a pastor I was wondering in many sermons I have listen to yours or others and was wondering why some times listening to sermons brings demonic spirits around seeing them in dreams being a wake through the night and been uncomfortable things I don't know or want to describe and fear tremendously. Watching TBN and hearing the word preach differently than in church. Where when I go to church to asked questions about the Bible or bearing witness to someone about Jesus or sometimes still going through the same situation over and over with the same people around me still struggling and some what caused confusion. It started in 2011 and I been going through and a lot of fear but experience miracles of healing watching TBN but things that I can't explain. I barely go to church anymore because my my mind starts to get torment causing me where I was afraid in my own home and presents that are uncomfortable and quite frightening. Am I'm getting brainwashed where sometimes I feel I'm going backwards or something not right but I believe in the lord God and praise him for his son Jesus Christ. And listening to many messages and many experience that has been happening and witness myself has caused great fear don't know what to do . I keep praying and asking what can I do I know the lord sometimes works in mysterious ways. Any advice a lot of people don't like to talk about it. As a small child have been in church a few times but only Jesus has the whole world in his hands not so much knowing but in 2011 he came in my life. Things I didn't know or witness or experience I'm only here by the grace and mercy of God through Christ Jesus and things are getting confusing listening to other sermons any advice thank you and god bless
For those who believe the Bible is a lie. Please check out video by astrophysicist Hugh Ross who compares each passage in the bible with scientific discovery. Quick example: Bible was written thousands of years ago correct? Ok. The discovery of the expanding universe cane about in the 1900s. Wanna say it was 1998 but not sure if that was a further discovery about it but that's irrelevant. Psalm 104:2 "Who coverest thyself with light as with a garment: who stretchest out the heavens like a curtain." Next, can we agree from a scientific pov that the universe is compose of three things: time, space and matter? This was discovered by Einstein, maybe someone else in recent years (1900s). Genesis 1:1 "in the beginning (time) God created the heavens (space) and the earth (matter). Now look at probabilities. 44 details of Jesus' coming written thousands of years prior. Where He'd be born. The name He would be given. The slaughter of children when He was born. That He would be rejected. He would be a Nazarene. He would speak in parables. He would be betrayed. Falsely accused. The list goes on. Now, not 1 is fulfilled of the 44. Not 5. Not 10. Not 20. But all 44. Next there are over 300 prophecies in the Bible all together. Again not 10. Not 20. Not 100. But EVERY SINGLE ONE FULFILLED. Probability of that? About 10^180. Possibly more. Ok want to go back to science? Cool. Let's discuss probability of universe existing. At the big bag, how precise did the explosion have to be? Well if it was 1 part smaller, universe would've collapsed back on itself and form black holes. One third grader in the universe would have continued expanding and no galaxies and planets would have formed. So 1 in what you ask? 1 in 10? No. 1 in 1000? Nope. How about 1 in 1,000,000,000? Wow nope not even close. Try 1 in a quintillion. What's a quintillion? 1 with 18 zeros. So in laymens terms that would be the equivalent of winning the lottery 1000 times in a row. If you think those type of probabilities of luck, I don't know what to tell you. And that's just the probability of the universe existing. I didn't even count the probability of the universe existing plus intelligent life form in plus the 300 properties. That's a crazy number at around 1×10^300. Not to mention things that have happened in recent years and up to this day or in the Bible. So am I going to go with this pastors opinion and interpretation? Nah i'll go with those incredible scientific and historical facts. I suggest and hope you do too in order to be saved because Christ is coming soon
The last supper is a remembrance of Jesus Christ. And as they were eating Jesus took bread and blessed it and brake it and gave it to the disciples and said take eat this is my body. IF Constantine had converted to the Egyptian religion then what was the edict of toleration about then? I understand this to be legislation that ended the persecution of Christians. The edict of toleration preceded Constantine's rule.
