I think if Black people stood up to individual white people, they would have to change the strategy. It would have to be done manually. Takes a long time to change a strategy because, I'm sure, it's no strategy book. So, there is a lot that has to be changed. Keep changing up the behavior, to make them scramble to setup meetings. Keep evolving and changing up, constantly, change to break the system. This type of system is not automated.
I think gentrification is another word that they use for {moving the herd of chattel} to another location.
I found her comments unsettling and difficult to listen to. Although, I never doubted that what she was informing us about was actually planned. I didn't detect fear mongering as a motive for her interview. She didn't pitch any product.
I also feared for her life in the fact that she was revealing confidential security protocols targeting blacks.

April, 2016 I was able to confirm that "homeless" blacks will be mass-housed in abandoned school buildings throughout the uSA. Search under Continuum of Care, homelessness.

In Harlem, you'll notice many white couples pushing baby strollers, living next door, buying up brownstones, but they're kids seem almost absent from its public schools. Gentrification is not integration; its displacement.
Common sense is: if it degrades you? You're not suppose to be doing it! So, what if you don't understand or, know if it does? Then, you obviously have issues that need to be addressed! Most of the time no matter what gender you're you would be intutive of the degradation.
The administrators of Jewish Primary Day School (the school that built a playground next to Dr Welsing's house) and the city of Washington DC should be held accountable for the indirect killing of Dr.Welsing. They attempted to drive her out of her house with noise! Dr Welsing was told by her doctor that if she did not move or get protection from the noise, the stress would cause her to have a heart attack or stroke (brain attack). Dr Welsing had resided in her house for 40 plus years and did not want to be forced out of her "home". I suspect that in their process to drive her out with noise, that noise caused her so much stress that she suffered two major strokes (brain attacks) that it inevitably killed her. That school JPDS violated an order from the city to comply with providing Dr Welsing with noise protection and they did not. The city did not take any constructive enforcement measures to guarantee that Dr Welsing was not mistreated.
I think Dr Welsings passing is very suspecious considering the court battle she was having with that damn jew school thats been wanting her property for the last eight years. She was very vocal in her lone defense of black people from many aspects. We failed Dr Welsings out spoken defense in our attack. I will miss her forever and will praise forever.
