Unlike White Businesses who were doing business when Black people were still slaves, it will take Black American Control State Governments Intervention, Planning and Implentation to build Large Black Own Banks, Corporations and Firms like in China and South Korea. The 50 States have US Contitutional Powers to Regulate intrastate (within the State) Commerce. The 50 States have the Powers to Charter Black Own Banks and Corporations. The 50 States have the Power to Grant Priority and Advantages to "Local" Own Banks, Corporations and Firms within the State. Black Own Banks and Corporations are not a Priority in White Control States, that's why there are 21 Black Own Banks out 6,800 FDIC insured commercial Banks and not many Black Own Corporations in the USA. For an Example, lets say the States of North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia are 80% Black American and 20% white and others. An overwhelmingly Black States should Control the Three Branches of State Government and most of the Counties, Cities and towns within those States. Black American State House Representatives in those 3 States pass Laws and Regulations to grant Priority and Advantages to Black "Local" Own Banks, Corporations, Firms and Professionals. Black State House Representatives Pass Laws and Regulations granting 80% of all State and Local Government Contracts to Black "Local" Own Corporations and Firms. Black State Representatives pass Laws and Regulations to deposit 80% of State and Local Government Budgets into Black Own Banks. Black State Officials put together Black Private Investors and Black Skilled Brewing and Distillery Professionals to form a Black Own Rum Distillery, Whiskey Distillery, Vodka Distillery, Wine Distillery and Several Large Beer Breweries and grant those Alcohol Beverage Corporations Priority and Advantages within the State Consumer Market. This could be done with New and Used Car dealership, Franchises, Chain Stores and many other types of businesses, the State grant 80% of New and Used Car dealership Licenses to Black Own Corporation and Investors. Black American State Officials Negotiate and Grant Incentives to Multinational Franchise Corporations to give 66% to 80% (what ever the agreed negotiated amount are) of Franchise Ownership and Training to Black Own Corporations and Investors. Black Own Corporations and Firms have to Qualify and Prove their competence through the State the ability to Manage and Finance these Ventures with assistance from Black Own Finance Companies, Banks, African American Stock Exchange and Black Control State Governments. I observed and learned about these Government Programs and Policies in South Africa, South Korea, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, China, Nigeria and the Philippines.

we had a peaceful fireman's appreciation picnic around my house. I live in Chicago. The news media was there and some lil kids began running really fast down the street.
