wow, i'ma do my thing real fast, okay at 3 mins in, when Dr. valentine says " they have you eating burgers and things to train your appetite for the moment" i dont think everyone will really digest that. think about it the amount of times you eat effects how long you may be able to focus. so all of the moments when your internal clock tells you to find something to eat after 30mins, or an hour, and do you commit to doing so you are hindering your ability to focus, because the subconscious mind is taking in the command of finding something to do, essentially evry 30mins or however long it takes you, will train the mind to stop what you're doing, get up, and look for stimulation. the ancestors download that one through to me, and i felt that it was an interesting connection that i could share with the community, based upon what Dr. Valentine said
im glad he is charging for his classes. other metaphysical conferences charge more and not as deep. for year s many speakers n the community are were not receiving there due funds. love the info dr. Valentine brings to elevate us.
if your true purpose is to enlighten our community, then why for certain information you are charging our brothers and sisters? Thank you for all your free information you do spread daily though
