Dr. Khalid definitely had the crowd in the palm of his hand – but that does not mean that he won the debate. I like the fact that Mr. Hidler laughed and smiled at Dr. Khalid's jokes. They were, indeed, funny, and Dr. Khalid made many good points. I miss him. Nevertheless, I think Dr. Khalid and Mr. Hilder were on the same page on many issues. They were more in agreement than disagreement. I do not think Dr. Khalid refuted the central points Hilder was making about the capitalist class using their power to subordinate everyone, regardless of race. Also how they use the schizms of race and other things to keep the working class divided. If I had to point to one debate Dr. Khalid lost, it would be this one.
