Dr.Frances Cress Welsing, is an African American psychiatrist practicing in Washington, D.C.. She is noted for "Cress Theory of Color Confrontation", which explores the practice of white supremacy. She is the author of The Isis Papers; The Keys to the Colors .
Dr.Frances Cress Welsing states that a system is practiced by the global white minority, on both conscious and unconscious levels, to ensure their genetic survival by any means necessary. According to Welsing, this system attacks people of color, particularly people of African descent, in the nine major areas of people's activity: economics, education, entertainment, labor, law, politics, religion, sex and war. Welsing believes that it is imperative that people of color, especially people of African descent, understand how the system of white supremacy works in order to, dismantle it and bring true justice to planet Earth.

a good book to read is a book called "Yurugu" An African- centered critique of European cultural thought and behavior. By Marimba Ani greatest book I have ever read at this point, this book will make you understand a lot of things and if you are white and read this book expect to feel uncomfortable!! I know we are all people who can read for the most part, although I recommend reading a book called "How to read a book" by Mortimer J. Adler & Charles Van Doren. This is incredibly important to help make sure you are intaking the books you read properly, especially when reading Yurugu!
I am a white man that understands the war, I myself am constantly working to learn things correctly and the methods of the European culture so I can help to stop the White Supremacy System.I hope that my message gives you hope to know that there are white people who are trying to help change this system!
Dose anyone one know if Dr. welsing relates her observations of the American flag colors and the mind set of some White Americans ppl to any of the other flags around the world? I understand that not all thoughts and feelings on identity are global, but in what way are there similarities with other countries, especially African nations that have white strips on their flag? What has she to say about that?
