Brother Scott, men rewrite history everyday. You seem to be experiencing cognitive dissonance. In psychology, cognitive dissonance is the mental stress or discomfort experienced by an individual who is confronted by new information that conflicts with existing beliefs, ideas, or values. Understandable… most Christians would experience this. Actually, some experience it upon finding out there is no Santa Claus, no tooth fairy, etc. Wow… you really sound like you have been where this man has been. You act like you actually met Jesus.. who you only mentally worship… no evidence of his existence at all! Heck where are any of the bible characters remains? You act like Dr. Hagin existence is want to deceive.. I reject that. Scott, the creator is too big to be put in a book. What was our relationship with the creator before man start telling us what to think? Time we think for ourselves and not react to what or who we don't agree.
Somehow I wasn't able to get all of these notifications of yalls comments till just now. Over the next couple days, I will be responding to your critiques. As for the content of my presentation here, if you struggle with what I said then you either haven't grasped the rebuttals I put forth or cognitive dissonance won't allow you to grapple with the fact that Ray Hagins' teachings are fraudulent and that is putting it mildly. I presented clear contradictions and logical missteps in his teachings. If the truth I presented is too difficult for you to digest, don't kill the messenger.

I've been a practicing Muslim for over 30 years, and from watching Hagins's YouTube tapes, I've learned not only a lot about the origins of Christianity but also Islam as well. to be honest I couldn't get past five minutes of this video because I knew your mindset and what was most likely to follow. Some of us just don't want to let that white boy go (Jesus – particularly the European characterization of him). Not only because of dr. Hagins but also other researchers as well I've come to even question the existence of the Jesus character as well as all of the other people in abrahamic ideology and mythology.
you made a statement that dr. Hagins was hard on Paul, in my view he wasn't hard enough, he was rather kind to the criminal. the teachings of Paul are responsible for misguidance of billions, not to speak of the oppression and deaths of countless people. You seem to be bothered at the style of dr. Hagins speech but not the substance, his style reflects his origins as a preacher and the people who he is trying to reach and teach understand and better relate to this style and would be more responsive to his style'- one can't communicate with an Italian by speaking Chinese.

Brother, to give a rebuttal of a particular statement you must first "GIVE YOUR EVIDENCE OF PROOF" with your rebuttal. You have not given any proof of anything you rebutted! Second of all "NEVER GIVE OPINION FOR SAKE OF OPINION" everybody has an opinion or point of view, but "TRUTH" will stand against all opinion. All you have done is given an opinion, nothing to hold on to or go into study on. This video has validated the things Bro. Ray Hagins is teaching even more so. I'm all about TRUTH, and believe in studying and allowing the Spirit of the Most High to lead me. I'm well-versed in scripture and have taught Bible for years, and even trained other senior church leaders. I've come to understand a lot more about Christianity through my own studies long before I came across Ray Hagins. However, I landed a lot closer to where his teachings point than the stuff I believed and taught for so many years. Haven't heard anything that you've said that refutes what Ray Hagins teaches. It would have been better for you to have a recording of what passed in your "confrontation.
By the way, there are 22 books referenced in the Bible that were not included. The old saying about "letting scripture interpret Scripture" ought to be enough to raise questions about why those books are not in the canons of Scripture if they were important enough to be referenced. Too much of what you've said about Paul, the canonization of scripture, the apostles, and such is easily refutable but too lengthy for a YouTube comment. Study a little more on the First Council of Nicaea , The origins of Christianity and its similarities to other early religions, the Flavians, Egyptology, and such, then we'll have something to discuss.
The Author of this video is a true sheep. This guy has failed to disprove Dr. Hagins. Moreover…… Dr. Hagins will tell you to do your own research.
Adam are you suggesting that when the council of Nicea is convened to determine the nature of Jesus the Christ, that because Jesus the Christ may have existed gives or lends fact that he is a historical figure, is it not possible to debate an issue whether it be myth or historical. But more importantly why do we need a book as old as the bible, varies in account, is not consistent , in these modern times. If we can discard old books on various subjects, the bible can be discarded.
The reason why he sounds like your "old Baptist preacher" is because he used to actually be a pastor at a "Christian" church.
