I have never heard of this young man before but, he has the insight and wisdom of a man well beyond his years. His knowledge and train of thought is on a higher plane that a person who is not being intellectually fed. He is using COMMON SENSE, financial economical, and cultural expertise to raise social conscientiousness in a positive way. He is steps ahead in developing a plan to improve the community. I greatly applaud his tenacity, intelligence, and strength of mind.
