PROCLAMATION – 5 – WHEREFORE, IN HONOR OF DR. TONY MARTIN I HEREBY PROCLAIM FRIDAY, JANUARY 25th, 2013 TO BE UNIVERSALLY RECOGNIZED BY ALL PEOPLE OF NEGRO BLOOD AND ANCESTRY AS: “RACE FIRST DAY”.
