Mr. Brown, I am mixed race, 44 years old, and through out the 70's and 80's you were my only connection to people that looked like me. I grew up in Safford Az., with 75 present of people there being Mormon. I was called the N word by my stepfather that hated me deeply. I was told to be ashamed and never tell anyone I was mixed. But, somehow at a young age, I was politically minded. I loved your show. I loved your topics. Thank you, for showing me how to speak,how to ask questions and to listen. Thank you, from a proud red-headed brown girl.
