Dr. Anderson, for years, have been telling us this information. African-Americans refuse to wake up. So simple. These AA make it so hard. Every race feeds off of us. We are like the titty they nurse off of. That's why they use tactics to keep us sleeping while keep consuming. Damn shame.
Atlanta is a twenty year case study exemplified in its comprehensive development plan. Sadly, our race has been co-signers to the plan. The other sad news is that Black People find no interest in addressing gentrification until they receive letters that tell them their property is being seized through Eminent Domain. With all the information that's accessible to us, we tend to explore remedies too late. There is no gentrification crisis….the program to remove Blacks from their own property or away from the center of life (inner cities where transportation or convenience to get to and from work, church or the finer things are accessible) was well planned, without the public's involvement or "silent" consent. This teaching is great, but a bit too late as the progressive overtaking of property and unaffordable access to property procurement erases our family from the landscape of the newly developed business districts and the new age "inner" city.

I'm from the west side of Manhattan. A neighborhood called Hell's Kitchen. My hood has been COMPLETELY gentrified and the apartments are off the hook expensive!!! 3000 dollars a month? That's just for starters! Try 3500 and 4800 and more! I am white and my neighborhood was always irish. Dirt Fucking poor irish. I am hanging by a thread here in a apartment that has been in my family for generations. Me and my girl pay 2000 a month and we are just able to live ok but they want us out. I don't know anyone anymore in the hood I grew up in. It's not just black people. There are millions of whites that can't afford Shit. Don't think it's just a black thing. 90% of the TRILLIONS of dollars in NYC is owned by Jewish people. NYC is their city.
