Jovan Montgomery says:

The believer, if he is wrong he loses nothing when he dies. The unbeliever If he is wrong will spend an eternity in hell. With  All this energy Mr. Browder spending tryimg to disprove the bible he better be right. smh I Love the Lord

Shanaya Jefferson says:

i knew this in my heart i love being black thank the lord for you…thanks im telling everyone

cubedmack says:

I notice they were giving Ben Carson props. So, what do they think about him now LOL.

NOCDIB says:

1) The KJV Bible has 66 different books but not 66 different authors.
2) The Egyptian Coptic Bible and the Tewahedo (Ethiopian Orthodox Bible) were comprised of texts centuries before any church in Europe was established. Long before White slavers came to West Africa Christianity was in northeast Africa and it wasn't brought there via slavery.
3) If you want to critique Christianity then you should focus on the unadulterated texts and not what you already know has been redacted.

Billy Williams says:

I have one mystery that will not get answered by anyone but the creater, why we all die and go to the grave! If Jesus is fake and God did not send his "only begotton son," then all that we have and do in life is to live and come to nought…we are most miserable!

Thutmosis7 says:

First of all people have the wrong concept of God. Also no guy ever walked the earth name jesus christ or yashua messiah or whatever you want to call him. Jesus is a myth based off the sun god.

Free'da Slaves says:

So, the ten commandments are not for everyone? Everyone outside of Moses' people according to this conversation are free to kill, steal, destroy, idolize, commit adultery, lie, covet, etc. Really? How does that work? Not to be sarcastic, but people really do need to think. We have brilliant minds that occupy our brains. It's time we start to use them. It's really not that difficult.

Free'da Slaves says:

We can try to dispute who God is; what color God is; what ethnicity God is, etc. What's the point? If you are lead by the Spirit of God and obey his commands, which by the way don't have to be found in a book, because God's commands are in the heart. What I mean by that is each and everyone of us knows inherently the difference between right and wrong, whether we obey that or not. Back to the original point… If you have a personal relationship with God, you will know Him and live by the truth. Man will always distort the truth, unfortunately, it's the nature of human beings. But it is also the nature of human beings, who were created in God's image and likeness, to actually know who He is. Take a minute for that to sink in and don't get caught up in the hype on either side of the debate. It's a worthless exercise. Get into right relationship with God through prayer, which is constant communication with God, and whatever moral text you find works for you, and live a better life. The text of the Bible works for me, regardless of which interpretation I'm reading, because no man had or has the ability to reach the conclusions about how to live a successful life without the intervention of God himself dropping that information into man's spirit. Just a thought to ponder.

marty mart says:

blacks should be in their own country educating their own people- you don't see the Chinese being interviewed and having their thoughts probe

marty mart says:

King james  killed his mother & his wife–too

californication751 says:

Some would say it's a book written about PoC by people who lack color.

– That's a strange perspective, considering the PoC being discussed are the ones who wrote it lol

One of the mistakes that we make is believing that everyone who has written a bible was writing the word of god, there's no truth to that.

– That's far from inflammatory. Anyone who's done their homework and believes the Bible's inerrant knows that's what the point of canonization was for and the reason why certain books are considered Apocrypha.

there are over 500 different versions of the Bible, this one book.  There's over 3000 denominations where people have separated because of how they interpreted this text

– 500+ translations, which is irrelevant for source text. 3000+ denominations, many of which, differ largely on non-essentials but agree on the fundamentals, so that is also irrelevant.

What [King James] wanted to do was to write an official version of the Bible that validated his world view

– Which was? Because…. the KJV is in no way pro-homosexual lol And there is a "Queen James Bible" that is – wouldn't there be no need for that if he'd already made sure the Bible validated his world view? It'd only take the tweaking of 1 or 2 verses.  And what about the high standard and long list of rules that KJ required of the translators? What about what Browder says in his Avatar analysis a year before this about how Eywa used different people and animals to carryout her will? If one can believe that about a movie, it seems a little strange that one wouldn't about the actual Creator of the universe lol Besides, what's the recommended version to use if not that one?

66 different books that were written by 66 different people over the period of 2000 years

– Exactly. And they all agree with each other. That's one of the amazing things. I'd honestly be amazed if anyone except unbelievers actually believed the "notion that one person sat down and wrote all of these books."

if you don't believe my way then I can kill you, steal you, lynch you, castrate you, enslave you

– Wait, so… which denomination says that?

Reverend CC Jones … so after 200 years of this nation, the USA, forbidding enslaved Africans to be Christians … he came up with a process by which we can introduce enslaved Africans into Christianity by giving them specifically passages in the Bible that say that God ordained slavery

– The first question should then obviously be: Why weren't they letting slaves become Christians? (although anti-Christian people on yt all claim it was forced upon slaves, so it's great to finally hear the truth about this and the fact that they were restricted from it).  That book's available online.  They were using the KJV – since the KJV makes a distinct difference between the usage of "bond servant" and "slave" and slave owners knew full well that white workers were called bond servants, is it any wonder why they'd resort to oral instructions and not let slaves be educated and read the Bible themselves?

All throughout this country, every Sunday morning we get that interpretation. That's why we are so passive. That's why we're willing to turn the other cheek but no other Christian American's willing to turn the other cheek

– How so though? If you speak to a good many of the Black youth today, they can't even tell you the ten commandments.  Then again, neither can White youth either. Can we really be sure that the rest of America isn't passive simply because they're racists?  And that Black America isn't just passive because we live in a system of White supremacy and keep being told we should be in order to keep our lives? I can't tell if WS wasn't mentioned because of what race the host is or if one honestly believes that a book one claims is errant is the reason for a community's actions even though said community doesn't really read it in the first place. Most are shadowboxing, yes, but for most, racism (whether giving or receiving) goes into effect first, and religion second, if at all, so, I beg to differ on that idea.

A minister friend of mine told me … the Bible contains truth but the Bible isn't true. So you have to know how to read it

– Please, someone keep that "minister of righteousness" away from congregations then because that's terrible.  And we wonder why there's a distinct falling away present and nonsense is being allowed to grow, meanwhile the prosperity gospel's the hottest, most common thing heard on Sunday. With "friends" like that, who needs enemies" :/ Saying "one has to know how to read it" doesn't make sense either when the presence of multiple denominations is considered a negative, because by who's standard are we supposed to read it? Yours?

This idea of mystery schools is a misnomer; that was a term that was given to this African educational system by the Greeks

– I'll have to see if I can find a website of yours as I'd love to see proof of that. It's an interesting thought, added to by the presence of "Mystery Babylon."

We're told that Jesus was born in the year zero

– Who told us that?

Jesus was not declared the Son of God until 350 years after He was born, after the council of Nicea. It was not said that Jesus was born of a virgin until some 350 years after His birth

–  But that's a claim that's been thoroughly and readily debunked by multiple people, though. Especially since there'd be no real reason to make Jesus the Son of God in the first place. I wonder, however, what's thought of things such as Papyrus 75, which is dated earlier than 350 years after He was born, and mentions Him as the Son of God.  The trinity, immaculate conception and resurrection story comparison sounds just like Zeitgeist (which was also debunked) – but I'm curious, if one can believe that, why people wouldn't believe the Bible's true.

there is no commandment, "thou shalt not lie." Thou shalt not bear false witness against your neighbor, but for folk who are not your neighbor, you can say anything that you want to

– Biblically, your neighbor is everyone else who lives with you on earth, with distinction between "neighbor" and "brethren" instead.  But what is described is interesting. That's another reason by the Bible's believed over things like the 42 admonitions of maat  – because, as Jesus made clear in places such as Matthew 5:28, there's an elevation of and raising of standards of morality present that wasn't present before. Such is apparent based on what James Henry Breasted said as well (one needn't even touch on the drawings of bestiality and pedophilia to realize that). You're right though, those only applied to the Jews. What applies to Christians is mentioned later as per the "love your neighbor as yourself" statement,  which, with the command to love God, exists as the two laws on which the OT law hangs.

We have this story about the Jews coming into Egypt … they came into Egypt without a god concept and they left with knowledge that transformed their consciousness. And they then wrote the story of their struggles through their own cultural lens to give them a place on the world stage among other human beings

– Gary Greenberg didn't do the same with his book, then?  His background and numerous responses of dissent to his book aside, can it be claimed that he did not write it with bias present?  And honestly, if one believes Africa's a place of miracles, surely, it isn't a stretch to believe that the Jews left with a knowledge that transformed their consciousness because,as is described in the Bible, they saw God's hand at work and it is by His hand that they left Egypt in the first place?

I dare submit to you that the reason why Africans enslaved in America are Christians is because our owners were Christians

– Even though the oldest illustrated Christian Bible was discovered in Ethiopia?

Masons … saw themselves as the custodians of that knowledge so when the masonic founding fathers developed this country, they decided to recreate Egypt here

– Exactly. The Masonic Bible makes that clear and the fact that they admit to worshiping Lucifer makes clear all that one needs to know about the "mystery religion." As does belief that one can "empower themselves." If one can do that, one doesn't need God and there'd be no need for, as also mentioned in the Avatar talk, Africans go go into the woods and "become God," especially since doing so apparently didn't help during enslavement (what's the explanation for passive nature present back then if Christianity is the reason for it now?). Just coming to the logical conclusion, is all.

when you study our story, our history, you realize that other people's stories just don't hold up

– That is…. of course, unless "our history" lies.  The claim can be brought forth just as easily as the claim that "their history" lies.  Or, giving the benefit of the doubt, that either side of the story was writing myths that were understood to be myths as our fiction novels are understood to be fiction. Eye of the beholder?

Regardless of my response to all the claims mentioned, this was a fascinating listen, particularly the portion at the end about the pyramid texts – so much information shared in so little time that it took me much longer than an hour to get through it.  I'm glad Anthony Browder so often addresses issues like this from such an interesting perspective, and I honestly do hope people take the initiative to study on their own as this is a very, very important topic that more need to put time into to examine in an unbiased way. Thanks for sharing this!

Wealthy Thomas says:

Anthony is so wrapped up in Egypt that he was able to see the difference between the Sun of god and "The Son Of God".

Willie Harris says:

how are you still christian after anthony browder bust yo head to the white meat like that???

The Sankofa Movement says:

King James was not a homosexual. That was a rumor put out by Sir Anthony Welding. Also if he were a homosexual them why would he leave the Levitical laws of homosexuality. Leviticus 20:13

Robert Williams says:

This is nothing new to me.  I have never believed in anything religious.  It's all myth and propaganda for social control.  Most ppl believe in religion because someone led them to it.  I'm glad this cat spoke so well on the topic.

A.L. Beasley says:

+Archie Thomas Have you done thorough research on christianity, it's origins/foundation, and how it was able to spread throughout the world? If not, how can you put your faith in a religion that you don't fully understand? The simple fact that our natural enemies had control of the religion for centuries before they gave a chopped up and remixed version back to our ancestors(in bondage) should make you wanna question it's intent.

Deadra says:

Right on Tony Browder!!!    Real folks want the truth no matter who they are.  You articulate the truth.
