So happy I heard this I am 30 and I was on blood pressure meds starting around 23 to 28yrs old. I decided to stop all meds and stay away from hospitals and I feel great. So happy I stopped. The crazy part is they scare you by saying if you start bp meds and stop you can die of a stroke. I felt so bad when using the meds I said I will take my chances. I am Medicine free for life.
