Love this guy , but dam I have to call BS. On the white people and dreaming thing . I'm Caucasian / female , in the conciousness and I have had vivid dreams All my life . Many as I grow as lucid dreams , meaning I am aware I'm asleep in the physical by looking for "signs" and am able to manipulate the outcome of many dreams . After takin spirulina my dreams got soo intense , I was having premonitions. I would awake and document my dreams and within days they were coming true ( not every detail , of course , but the overall was correct ) anyone who wants to do this spirulina will help , make sure it's organic and try to eat it raw .
