Firstly, I do not care who you date but when I see a Black person dating/marrying a White person, the first thing that comes to mind is that they sold out. IMO, Black people that date Whites, are looking for approval of the White masses that do not and never will have enough knowledge of the Black experience. IMO, they are ashamed of their skin and believe that being with a White person encourages their self-worth while hoping to improve their status. Until Blacks respect themselves, they will never receive the respect from the White people they date/marry. I am not always a fan of Dr. Umar but he is right when he told the woman that she was so quick to defend White people. Making blanket statements such as that strikes a nerve as a personal insult by a person you never even conversed with on such matters, which is why it was met with such opposition. I understand Pan-Africanists' perspective on marrying within the race to produce a robust and solid Black economic and political order, but Umar Johnson does not have a monopoly on how to achieve such results which contain many angles, phases and facets. And marrying someone of a different race is no independent variable when determining how much a person is dedicated to such a cause.
