Noble Idea – it just one problem – it didn't fucking work,
The black man and women back then was a total different creature than today. They went from Garvey to Al Sharpton in two generations. Wow. Sad.
He was sabotaged by j Edgar Hoover who would go on to wage war on black independence culminating with the assassination of MLK and the infiltration and murders of the black panthers. A people with no history is like a tree with no roots. Black like the planet that they fear! Why they scared?
JFK was a “nationalist” advocate in contradiction to the Western colonialism policies. He grieved when Patrice Lumumba of Congo was assassinated by the CIA at the behest of the Belgian government. Every nation should the right of Self Determination whether the UN or the U.S. (which controls the UN) objects to that principle or not. High words of principle are negated by the actions of murder, regime-change, colonialism, and economic slavery for the benefit of the private central banks and Western corporations.
