So, 12 illiterate disciples concorted the story of the resurrection which lines up with the old testament prophecies and passed it down for thousands of years leading billions of people to Jesus till now.
Also, Paul was debating with other people about Jesus resurrection, that's why he said "if Christ be not risen" especially since Paul wasn't part of the 12 apostles or ever see Jesus in person.
You can't say you haven't used "If" before when trying to convince someone otherwise e.g if I don't love you, if I'm a fraud,
Dr Ray, the guy that defaced the church and statues is a Muslim and was following the Quran, Mohammed did same in Medina. The man would have beheaded you for not being a Muslim, so don't feel cool about it yet.
