Irby Johnson says:

To begin with I found the Title misleading “The History of Christianity in Ancient Africa”. Professor Small attempts to explain the ancient Egyptian belief system with merely passing allusions to Judaism or Christianity. Professor Smalls made an inept attempt to link his hatred of Europeans with African or rather ancient Egyptian mythology. The professor did not use either a chronological or any coherent approach to presenting his argument. Moreover, he had certain factual errors.
The argument that Jesus, Mary and Joseph were fictional adaptation of ancient Kemet deities is unconvincing. It is well documented that Jesus, Mary and Joseph actually lived. Moreover, Joseph does not have a large role in Jesus life.
The depiction of Jesus Christ carrying the shepherds crook is a pictorial representation of “The Great Shepherd of the Sheep” and does not depict his actual life . Christ was not a shepherd and did not carry the shepherd’s crook.
This video was not well thought out or presented. It contained factual errors as well as an attempt to compare mythology and historicity.
