Early 70s I was learning about nutrition and caring for my body from Dick Gregory and his family. Then learned in 1981 he went to stand by the side of IRA hunger striker Bobby Sands. Always the warrior and the lover. Rest in Radical and Revolutionary Power.

I use to be his personal chef on a few occasions. I went to his lecture here in STL last year, he actually won the presidency in 1968 after they rigged it and messed up. They threw the election and gave it to Nixon
I remember seeing the State of The Black Union Live on C-Span. It was so good that I wound up ordering the DVD's of it. Bro. Gregory was an amazing man!
