Dr York did upgrade he just used Egyptology without actually getting a degree by pseudoscience and convincing that Egypt was evil first then changing his mind because true Islam was reveal and Dr York was exposed. There was obviously some sort of disagreement between camps, but the exact reason for this conflict I'am not sure of. Dr. York explained after he called Clark and Ben demons, that there were deities being added by successive dynasties, which were not originally there, most likely deities which were fabricated by foreign conquerors.
