Black Republicans must not have done any research on what "redlining" really is. The government gave out entitlements in lieu of community investments, which created the "ghetto" in the first place. And guess what idiots? He who gives out the money, controls the money, and has all the power. Instead of asking for your government "hand up," why didn't all those "entrepreneurs discuss opening regional community banks with their own money? Isn't that true conservatism? FYI, redlining is when banks don't give out development or residential loans to "redlined" areas on a map. Credit and race has nothing to do with getting the loan approved for a redlined area. However, race places a part in what area is redlined. Black Republicans are no different than die hard Black Democrats; waiting on pink daddy's permission and "allowance money" to do anything.
