Well I have never experienced them two entities specifically but I have experienced the fear and have seen things during sleep paralysis. I wish I could share these with you.
This has happen to me more times than I can count but it was always involuntary. I use to be afraid, then I told myself I won't fear cause I want to know where I go. So I finally got to see and it's been amazing. I have even seen myself outside my body.
you talked about selling your soul.. giving up your spiritual consciousness in return for something.. and something else drives your body. my question is. how about if someone does voodoo on you, are they able to steal your soul and send your soul to hell or can they steal your soul from you without your permission?? is this possible? and if thats not the case then what about if someone does voodoo on you.. and because of that you lost everything and you almost made a deal with the devil to sell your soul, but you said noo at the last moment of making the contract? can you then get your soul back? and how can someone reverse a voodoo spell or blackmagic?

great advice. im trying tonight a hope i can do it. makes sense about the ilumutta taking over the popstars with Kanye losing it and beoncy (spellchek)with her short vid telling secrets abt it all. but my first thought was negative encounters, doesnt seem good to me like a good start. but will try it out.(famous last words)

Right now on my journey I'm overcoming the fear of negative entities. I recently had an experience of one sneaking up on me and the whole thing has left me a bit traumatized.
Now when I sleep I'm constantly on guard. I know these things can't hurt me physically, but psychologically I'm a little freaked out.
If you have any tips to overcoming fear, I would love an insight.
