All I want to know is where's the damn school??? Where is a door knob? Where is the land?? Screw the speeches. Everyone has to be held accountable, that's life! I've built three shops in the black community without my people money. U can't even build a camp for the kids. Come on man! U people need to wake up. All talk, no action. U have no respect from me , because you aren't taking any responsibility, or accountability! We heard this mess from you year after year, still no school! Stop being followers, and be leader's! We don't need Umar, he needs u! ( Money). As far as people attacking Umar, that I don't agree with. I just want him to build something for the children. School,camp, mentoring center, any damn thing!
The pattern is, that he is unwilling to prove that the money he has received is going towards the correct cause. I heard about the school like a lot of others and thought, how great would that be if that was up and running. However, it seems that some things that sound too good to be true often are. Listen to 4mins to 9mins 37secs. Last time he was even saying he wouldnt do an after school programme. He could have rented a space so that the school would be operational in some capacity, he would have tutors for the school and students already familiar with the format of the school if he rented the space and got the school to be operational. If the school was operational in some capacity I would assume he would get even more investment when people saw it in working operation. Instead he is unwilling to work with the gofundme organisation to show where all funds are. He could have an accountant help him with this, and im sure that 1 of the many supporters would do the job for free. For me Dr Umar Johnson has become a cliché, a stereotype, a snake oil salesman. Were at the very end of 2017……. Where is this school he talks about. I feel like he wants things to crumble so he can slink off with all other personal donations that nobody can come back for. Nobody's perfect, but this man has taken every bit of constructive criticism and taken it as a personal attack. I hope he keeps his licences and the gofundme page, just so there is no excuse for him to hide under a rock.
