I don't think "racism" adequately expresses the problem between whites and blacks in the US. African peoples necessarily will have different cultures compared to European peoples and those differences have solidified over nearly 500 years of segregated existence making cooperative existence impossible of many.

At 36:40…… This man is almost my connection to the days of Slavery. I say that because it was 1966 and the man said he was 106 years old then. I was 3 years old then………..Slavery ended in 1865 which was 101 years earlier

It is very hard to hope and dream of advancement to a better life for our children, grandchildren if we forget where we came from. The cost and sacrifices of peoples lives and families that it took to get us where we are today, if we don't look back on where were, then it all may be in vane!
Why aren't people telling whites and cops not to use violence against blacks. Violence is only a problem when we defend ourselves well the day is coming when we will by all means protect each other.
