The Black Wall Street Tulsa Oklahoma part 2 subject you are discussing got my undivided attention. In fact to let you know, your information is not being taken for granted I conducted a personal research to grasp more details about the Tulsa OK Massacre of 1921. Elder the White People of Tulsa apparently had developed animosity,resentment,jealousy and hatery toward our race because of their financial success and self dependence. I stand to be corrected by reporting there were two lynching per week for an unspecified period. With that being said,it appears they were waiting for the right spark to put their action in motion. A The person who became the Face this Holocaust was a Black Man identified as Dick Roland. Mr. Roland was employed as a shoeshine employee. He got permission from his employer to enter a high rise building where your "Becky" was employed as an Elevator Operator. As Mr. Roland attempted to enter the elevator,he slipped and fell on Becky. She let out a loud scream that were heard by a group of White Men. Initially the young lady was not going to press charges against Dick. That is until she was persuaded by the local Law enforcers to change her mind. Not only did she file charges against Mr. Roland,she holler rape. All hell broke loose,or should I say the local Law authorities, members of the KKK and recruited White Men officially declared war on the Black community. The Black Men in Tulsa Armed themselves to fight back against their oppressors but was over matched. While Becky's lie of accusing Dick Roland of raping her help propel the non-military war crime against the Black's in Tulsa,the Whites in that city were to well organized for something like that to go down in the spur of the moment. These guys carried out their plan as designed. They cut telegraph lines,assuring Black People would not get any aid from anyone outside the City. In the meantime I like to give a shout out to Bill Gates. Without his invention of the internet,Black History such as Black Wall Street Tulsa O K would just be a Myth. In closing I would like for Elder or any of his well educated listeners to help me with this question. Since Mr. Dick Roland could be considered the original Emmett Till,why is he not recognized in History as Mr. Till is. They are parallel as far as what led,to their untimely Death.They were falsely accused of rape, by two White Women.The difference is the high number of Black People killed in Tulsa.
